Dr. Alex & Tim Otto
As the founders of Kids Tooth Team, Dr. Alex Otto and her husband Tim Otto are on a mission to bring heart, honesty, and real options back to pediatric dentistry. Dr. Alex is not only a board-certified specialist with advanced training, but also a national educator and leader in minimally invasive care. Around here, there are no sales pitches, no long waits, and definitely no “one-size-fits-all” treatment plans. At Kids Tooth Team, we believe every family deserves a dental experience that’s thoughtful, empowering, and totally kid-approved.

Dr. Eduardo Rappaccioli
As the owner of our Pflugerville location, Dr. Eduardo's goal is to help children of all ages feel as comfortable as possible and enjoy their experience in the dental office. He practiced pediatric dentistry in California and served as a university faculty professor before relocating to Austin in 2019!
Dr. Kaitlin Gillham
Dr. Kaitlin, originally from California, is a compassionate and dedicated oral health care provider who loves working with children of all ages! She is committed to educating patients and delivering high-quality patient care, and hopes to bring a smile to every child she sees.
Dr. Britta Machuca
Dr. Britta, a Texas native, is dedicated to building healthy foundations for your child’s oral health. She enjoys creating a safe and comfortable space during your child’s dental visit.
